Clitoxin®

Clitoxin® is a trademarked, non-surgical procedure that combines Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) with a small, strategic dose of a neurotoxin (like Botox®) to enhance sexual wellness and treat certain pelvic floor dysfunctions in women. It is a specialized protocol developed to maximize the benefits of tissue regeneration and muscle relaxation.
The Mechanism: The procedure involves two key actions: first, the injection of PRP (as in the O-Shot) into the clitoris and vaginal wall to stimulate cellular growth, improve blood flow, and enhance sensation. Second, a low-dose neurotoxin is strategically injected into specific muscles of the pelvic floor or vaginal opening. Priapus Toxin® is a specialized, trademarked non-surgical procedure developed for male sexual wellness. It is analogous to Clitoxin®, combining the regenerative power of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) with the muscle-relaxing effect of a neurotoxin (like Botox®) for synergistic therapeutic benefits.
The Mechanism: The procedure involves two components: first, the injection of PRP (as in the P-Shot) into the penile tissue to stimulate blood flow, nerve regeneration, and tissue growth. Second, a small, strategic dose of a neurotoxin is injected into specific areas, typically the smooth muscle within the penile arterial walls or surrounding structures. The neurotoxin causes localized smooth muscle relaxation, which allows for increased and sustained blood flow into the erectile chambers (corpus cavernosum) by reducing the tone that can inhibit maximum blood vessel dilation.
